Hello, and welcome to my portfolio. My name is Nicholas Hackney, and I am an IT professional with experience managing enterprise infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments. Throughout my career, I have worked with Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, virtualization, SQL Server, disaster recovery, and technical project coordination, while supporting both end users and business-critical systems. I enjoy solving complex technical problems and continuously expanding my knowledge through hands-on projects, professional certifications, and formal education. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and hold certifications including CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL 4 Foundations, and PCI QIR. Outside of my professional work, I value community involvement, lifelong learning, and personal growth.
